He had Homer arrested because he thought that Homer started a fire, he didn’t allow the boys to work on their rocket at school or make the stuff for the rocket so that it can fly. It seemed like Mr.Turner didn’t want one of his own students to succeed. But with the help from Mrs. Riley she helped Homer and his friends succeed and she fought against the principle.
